Available for AI prototyping & research advisory

I build working prototypes at the intersection of AI, accessibility, and human interaction.

Most technology is designed for the average user—voice tools that don't sign, or AI concepts trapped in slide decks. I take rough ideas and turn them into tangible apps, camera-gesture tools, and accessible systems people can actually feel, test, and use.

Here's what that looks like in practice.

A few recent projects exploring sign language interfaces, camera vision, rapid AI builds, and accessible community tools.

02 · What I Do

Where I'm most useful.

I bridge the gap between emerging technology, accessibility compliance, and user-centered design—whether you need hands-on AI prototyping, technical 508/WCAG audits, or inclusive product systems.

01

Assistive AI & Multimodal Interaction

Designing where voice-first AI leaves people out.

Product UX and usability research for emerging AI tools—from sign language conversational agents (GoSign.ai) and live AI captioning (GoVoBo.ai) to camera-vision prototypes, voice skins, and smart home sound recognition.

Digital Accessibility & Compliance

Section 508, WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA & VPAT authoring.

Comprehensive accessibility audits, document remediation, and compliance roadmaps across web and mobile. Tested with real assistive technology (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and Google Accessibility User Research rigor.

  • WCAG 2.1/2.2 Levels A–AAA & Section 508
  • Screen Reader Auditing (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
  • VPAT Authoring & Document Remediation

Inclusive Product Design & Systems

From human-centered research to scalable UI.

End-to-end UX/UI architecture in Figma and interactive prototypes. Designing high-fidelity user journeys, information architectures, and resilient design systems where accessibility is built into every token, not patched on later.

Accessible Multimedia & ASL Production

Broadcast-grade video, captions & learning media.

Full pre-to-post production for accessible media—directing ASL actors and Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDIs), producing synchronized captions and audio descriptions, and designing learning platforms funded by $1M+ grants.

  • ASL Talent & CDI Interpreter Direction
  • Synchronized Captions & Audio Descriptions

03 · Background

Why I build this way.

I'm Deaf, which means I run into technological barriers every single day. That lived experience shapes everything I build. It led me to earn my Master's in Accessible Human-Centered Computing from Gallaudet University and my B.F.A. in New Media Design from RIT.

I've published research at ACM CHI on sign language interfaces and live caption quality. My philosophy is simple: when you design for people at the margins, the technology gets dramatically better for everybody.

04 · Let's Talk

Bring the messy version of the idea.

You don't need a finalized spec, a 40-page deck, or a polished pitch. If you have an accessibility challenge, an AI concept you want to see working, or a project that needs momentum, let's talk.
